The hotel has a good view from the rooms but the air conditioner doesn't cool well. The rooms are extremely small and not clean at all. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul independently, being close to public transport and shopping centers. The dining experience is not up to a 4-star standard. The service is friendly and helpful, with staff fluent in English and Arabic.
